In order to change the settings on the NON adjustable (by switch) do we have to take the box apart?

Thanks

There is a plate on the end of the box, it is held on by 2 screw's. Remove the plate, inside you will see different chip's (For a lack of a better word) there are different configuration's for the chip's inside. Different position's will change the power level's. If you need the direction's Ian, let me know.
