Smarty And Computer Help?????

Bob wangner told me to practice downloading on the Smarty since I sell them. That way I can help customers if they need help. Well I need the forrums help. I downloaded the TNT file into my computer and I also downloaded the The file for windows Vista. It said that vista would automaticaly reconize the smarty plugged in, but it didn't. Any how w/ the smarty plugged in, I click on the downloader and then find the tnt file when I send it, the computer says it is not a smarty file. I don't understand how to make it a smarty file????? When I open the file up it opens in Microsoft Word and looks like a bunch of hindu writing. Plese help so I can learn so I can help other people. Thanks Dusty:thumbsup

The file that you download, which has a *.7z extension has too be unzipped before you upload it into the Smarty. Download and install the "7-Zip File Manager" on your pc. Then use it to extract the file with the correct extension (*.Smt)" from the *.7z compressed file. Once you have the *.Smt file extracted you upload this file into your Smarty. The Smarty is looking for a file with the *.Smt extension.

If you keep trying you'll get it. Vista is crap. Use the 7z457.z I also downloaded the driver from MADS.

I have the TNT downloaded and I think that the driver is downloaded and I downloaded 7 zip off smarty's website but can't make it work. This is why rednecks should not use computers. LOL
