There is alot of stuff in the archives of this forum that can take you step by step. Thats how I did it. Trying to use MADS instructions will make you want to end your life.

On the download page for S06, MADS Electronics - Smarty - CaTCHER - Download, go to the bottom of the page, and click on the "7Zip" icon, and this will take you to the 7Zip web page where you can downlaod the 7Zip extractor, or you can go straight to 7-Zip.
