Awesome deal! I'm in. I just sent Dave an email this morning for a 3 tune pack, so I'll gladly take a 4th and the 12 valve tune too. Let me know what else I need to do besides pick another tune

Sent from my SCH-I535

Damn, I guess I was to early. Just gave Dave my Mini Max order last Saturday. And I thought the early bird catches the worm.

That's gotta be the funniest post I've read in a long time. I keep hearing "SUNDAY SUNDAY SUNDAY" in the background as I read it. You woke up on a weird side of the bed today Frank...

As to whether a lope is hard on injectors.. I wouldn't imagine it would have an effect on injectors. However, I wouldn't imagine that its particularly great at the same time. Its a pretty severe lope and unless your driving a manual is gonna drive you nuts real freaking quick.

With that. They've been using them in the dmax world for years. Gassers do it as well. Only difference is we did it electronically. I probably would worry about it if it loped anywhere but at idle. Some may say different, but I don't see how you can hurt a cummins when its not under load. If you've ever done an injector kill test on a cummins you'll see what I mean. At idle its rough, at 2000 rpm's its back to smooth... Its an impressive motor..

The 12valve sound. Well. We all know that a single injection event has worked for years. I personally think that multiple injection events are the key to a smooth, efficient, powerful motor myself. And we are experimenting with a pilot and two main shots now. And having good results with pilot manipulation for mileage. Just this week Ray was able to modify pilot and gain almost a whole mpg on his normal route.

So there's a lot going on behind the scenes. As to something that's damaging. Well there's always a risk, but I'm not going to send something out that's gonna tear it up. I've warned everybody that I've sent the lope tune to so far that they shouldn't run it, its a novelty and wasn't built to be a daily driver. The 12valve. I can't imagine anything wrong with it.

I really only built them because of requests. Its definitely not something I would have done any other way. Just week after week, month after month. Of guys calling. Hey I want a lope tune. Hey, I had a 98 and this 6.7 is too damn quiet... Then when other tuners start posting it (COUGH RYAN COUGH). That just increases it... So we built both... Get em if you want, don't if you don't. Not sure why it has to be complicated.
