This is the stage 1 race head. There is port work and valve seat/valve work, but there is also a stage 2 head with the intake side milled off and the ZZ Fab intake, full intake and full exhaust porting and all the works thrown at it. But that head is not for the faint of heart.... or wallet. The stage 1 is a major step over the stock head with 2 angle valve job, springs, lock/retainers, minor exhaust side blending and porting, decked, fire ring ready, and shipped to your house on a pallet ready to bolt on as a complete unit.

No, this is not the full out assult head for the high end race trucks, for them there is a stage 2 head. This is for the guys that want an upgraded head at a fair price and dont want to shuttle thier head to machine shops for valve and seat work..... but want all the benefits of a reworked performance specific head that is still a great daily driver head!

There is only very mild exhaust side deburing on this stage 1 head. I ripped the plastic a bit to look... since you guys are killing me with curiosity!

This was never advertised or intended as a full out race head guys. This is a head that supports the RPM's, wont blow head gaskets with large single or even twins, and is a simple afternoon swap for anyone. Minimal pain, maximum performance. I will get a detailed shot of the exhaust port for you in a bit.

Fire Ring groove in head:

Exhaust Port Close Up 1

Exhast Port Close Up 2

Exhaust Port Close Up 3

Are there any other pictures required to satisfy questions? Now that I have molested Brett's head before he has seen it....... I may as well touch and feel it all up for you.

Calling Justin? Call me! Thats the idea here bro.... I am an Industrial Injection master distributor, we have moved over $200K in II product since the first of the year in 2008and rank in the top 5 largest private distributors that they have. We want your business here.... flat out, no BS....

If you all need any more pics, let me know. I am still hashing out the details on this head with II about the billit valve stem bridges (Missing) and the head gasket and the actual fire rings (missing).

I'll find out soon what the deal is.

Brett ROBINE from Whyotech Diesel Institute. We are going to do the install on his White 04.5 Dodge 5.9L truck that he takes around to schools, drag races, and street battles.

Brett has a lot done to his truck, and his plans are to do a lot more. We will be putting this truck up on the rollers at the school when the turbo and head are on. Its only a matter of time before Brett will do twin CP3's and Twin turbo's with a big'ol set of sticks. Then we can move on to the Nitrous Xpress system...lol...

I talked to Brett at Industrial about putting this on a 24V (non CR) and he said he knows 2 guys that have done it, but its not a direct fit.

Valve cover and valve train has to be changed.
Transfer tubes have to be chaged
Custom fuel lines must be used.
It can be done, but requires extra hoops to be jumped through and extra money to be spent.
