I subscribe to Diesel Power. they have some tech articles that like to read and they have little blogs on the progression of diesel power that i find pretty cool. then i get to see over sized toys that i like to gawk at sometimes too.

I finally got an issue of 8 lug here in Iraq very disappointed. Nothing but a bunch of show trucks that just happen to burn oil.

As stated previously by others, I used to pick them up at the stand frequently but the reading started looking the same every month. Also, too many Chevys and Fords for me.

To be honest, who needs the mags when you've got Cummins Forum?

Peace,
Steelworker

Noob here: Do you mean to tell me you don't all have pearl yellow F-eleventeen50s with 15 square yards of chrome and wheels taller than a mountain bike's? I am shocked! Great forum! Lame magazines. Does Truck and heavy equipment trader count?

Thumbs down

8 lug is mainly show truck mag, not a practical mag at all waste of $5.00. Could have bought a couple of quarts of 2 cycle oil with that.

I subscribe to Diesel Power but I have to be honest i get more info on here. But since I don't have a computer at home the mag fills the gap and aids in emptying the pocket book!

I did pick up one copy of Diesel Builder last month. It was more expensive and didn't have as good of info as Diesel Power IMO.

I subscribe to Turbo Diesel Register. It is awsome. I also buy Diesel Power Magazine whenever a new issue comes out.
