2001 Dodge Cummins,SLT Laramie, 2500 Auto, 4X4 Quad Cab LB, just recently installed vulcan pusher pump kit, a big plus. Amsoil all the way with remote oil filter and by-pass filter(Amsoil dealer), Walbro 392 lp. Rebuilt VP44 @ 73000 mi. Banks exhaust brake.

i gave the odd ball year, but i have a newer vp, new cross over tubes and a non 53 bock so that makes it one of the better ISB's? right?

Sorry guys, 2006 is the best and the pollers agree. Its the last good year of the 5.9. The 2007's have those fugly break lights

Looks like the 06s are slightly taking the lead boys. Besides the 07s made before Jan 07 we're the last good ole 5.9.

I have had 2 2006s. The first was a 2500 and now I have this 3500. Love them both. But I do want another truck to drive back and forth to work. To keep my new truck off them bumpy, dusty, nasty Texas roads....Prolly looking to get a 2nd gen 2500.

Last of the 5.9 07 4x4 6 spd. man. But I sure do miss my 99's body strength. My 07 dents if you lean on it. Replace the tail lights with some 06's and wahlah you guy's fix the complaint of that.
