I have a 95/150 and its about 3 months old. When i first got it, it only got loud when i was 1/4 tank or below then it shut up when i filled er up.. Now its just that loud all the time.. Loud as in i have to talk over the whining to my passengers.. i got about 13,000k on the filters.. Any input would be awesome! thanks Dan, sorry again for the repetition

forgive me for someone might have already posted this problem, and i just havnt read it. but, i installed my fass 150/95, and for some reason at around 3/8s of a tank, my edge attitude moniter throughs out a low fuel pressure siren when i try to start the truck, and then after it starts, the pressure builds and its fine for awhile and it'll start shooting of randomly as im driving. also, when i get to around 1/4 to 1/8th of a tank, it'll start sucking air through to my engine and killing it, i dont wanna sound like im not mechanically inclined, but im thinking i need a vulcan draw straw maybe for my pickup tube may be to short or something. ne info will help, thanks.

how do you think an HPFP would feel about pumping 100-200 degree motor oil (mixed with 5% diesel)?

You can get about 50,000-60,000 out of them. Just watch your fuel pressure gauge. The water separator can be flushed wtih gas and reused. UNLESS you get some really bad fuel. FASS 95 Series: 40,000-50,000 miles. The rest is the same. To find filters: Dealer Locator

My FASS pump has become very noisy---sounds like it's cavitating, surging, gurgling, etc. The fuel pressure gauge is going crazy. Sometimes it's hard to start. I have pump #6224 installed on 1/24/06 @ 117k miles. HF6601 filter and FS 1023 sep. Now have 160k. Problems started 5/08 when truck died. (fuel filters empty) Dealer installed new injector pump, but could not explain empty filters. Truck soon became hard to start at times. I installed a new fuel pressure gauge, draw straw, all new fuel lines. The FASS is now getting louder and pressure started going crazy this weekend. I've parked it again. I think it's got to be the FASS pump. What else is left? No codes at this time. Can I send the FASS system back to be tested, or is it time to order a new one???

well, see this only happens after 1/2 tank. and i dont think its the juice sending unit, cause i can hear the fass not working when i turn the key around 3/8s tank, so im gonna get a draw straw and see if that fixes it, idk. thanks

I need some help guys, my fuel pressure on my Edge moniter has been reading 0 for a while and I thought it was a bad sensor. I called Edge and they sent me a new one. Problem is it still reads 0psi. Called Edge again, guy on the line gave me a few things to do and determined that it was not the Edge and imformed me that my fuel pressure was indeed 0psi. I thought that my truck wouldn't be able to run lilke that? Anyway, I am going to put a machanical gauge on it and see what it reads as soon as I get home. My question is, What could be causing this? The guy at Edge said that my FASS filters may be clogged? He said that my truck was starving for fuel, but I doesnt seem to be still runs strong, only difference is my EGTs and engine temp have been a little hotter than normal. Any other ideas? thanks,

You need a mechanical gauge to double check that setup. Do you have the FASS (Unit with 2 filters) or HPFP (Just the pump)? IF you have the FASS you can open the fuel door and listen for return fuel. The only way you would have fuel returning is if you had pressure at the injection pump. Quick easy test for pressure. Let me know what you find...
