What will I gain?

Hey guy's I would like to know a few things about the Fass system.
such as noise, reliability, horse power gains, what is needed once this is installed to get the gains?
I own 06 mega cab 5.9 with Banks intercooler, dual exhaust, ram intake, and air box. looking to start building on. any suggestions also I read that the fass had some problems with noise and codes with the 06 (5.9)
