Why does DPP not sell directly?

Diesel Dan,

I think it is great that you spend lots of time on the TDR, DTR, and here answering questions from knuckle heads like me. Because of this, I will order a FASS system for my truck after my last spare lift pump dies. Why does DPP choses to sell only to vendors instead of the public directly?

Thanks,

Joe

Sorry! Been busy here!

We went to a dealer network because we didn’t want to put us in direct competition with our dealers for sales. This causes bad blood in some cases, AND we already had a solid dealer network in place and seemed to work well to get pumps sold. We have grown soo much in the last year that this helps free us up to get some R&D done and to help our dealers with any issues and may pop up. (There is only 9 of us here! haha!) This last week has been a buster let me tell ya. WE have a few things in the fire that we are about to release that i think many are going to like. Ill post more about this tom when brad wants to release it......lets just say that you need to fill out that wnty card and send it in......ill leave it at that for now. ALSO...talk to Eric about getting fittings to make that Vulcan big line kit work with the FASS.

bbram,

I dont know why you are having trouble getting a spring. I cant say that i have talked to anyone in the recent past about a 45 psi spring....but i do talk to a lot of people. BUT i can say this, if i got the order, im real good about getting it out the door. The Spring you need is a PS-1005 for the HPFP. If you need to locate another dealer, check on our site. ANY of thoes dealers can get a spring droped shiped to you. Let me know......

Dan,

Thanks for answering my question. I am looking forward to running my Vulcan kit with the FASS system.

Any ideas when you will be releasing the new goods???

Thanks again,

Joe
