What to do with Black paint

What is the best way to clean/buff/wax black paint on my 2500. I hate the swirl marks and spider webb looking marks after being detailed.

A good polish and proper washing techniques will keep it relatively swirl free.

Or, you can pay me to get rid of the swirls for you ;-)
