paint removal

need help

loaned my brother the truck and the little sh*t drove into a parking lot gate. it bounced up the bug deflector and scuffed the hood. any tips getting the yellow paint scuff off the hood? i was thinking maybe an eraser wheel or a clay bar but don't wanna screw up the paint or make it worse

clay bar, light cleaner polish, diesel fuel, urethane reducer should all take it off with no harm.
