well, there is a 12 valve cummins in my driveway and a LLY duramax, care to guess which is faster It would be the duramax. I'm not knocking the Cummins by anymeans, if I was, I wouldnt be making payments on both, but lets face the facts, the duramax is a good motor when built up right.

I know duramaxes are bad, if i could put efi live in my truck it would be bad also, i just dont see the point of knocking on cummins guys when you have a 6.7 cummins as your daily driver let alone your avatar

if the resale values wherent a joke i would. I wasnt knockin on cummins or wise cummins owners only you punks that see that big C and think a superchip and some exhaust work, will wax anything. I raced plenty of guys like you in my dmax and guess what it turned out the same, dmax 1 cummins 0.

sure duramax's are fast but a auto is always going to be faster. i've beat several moded lly and lbz's, back to the org. topic a stock for stock a common rail is faster, but you have to rembember a a common rail has 60-90 more hp than our trucks.
