Dont know that we will be going to this one. Maybe if all you guys are going to go. We are thinking about heading over to the spring fling on april 29th to see what all go's on over there.
I thought about the spring fling as well, but I expect to have to limit my travels this year. The Fall Brawl was a cool event, we met some really good people there last year so I expect the Spring Fling will be a worthy trip. This event allows us to meet up with a lot of the northeast/east coast guys that don't make it to the midwest events.

It looks like we've got alot of fast trucks coming to Kentucky. Weweld (6.0L Ford), David Lott (Snow White), Jeff Garmon (Silverline), Darren Morrison (Dodge), Matt Stuckey (Dodge), Keating Shelly(8 second truck), Earl Stuckey (Dodge), No Limit (Duramax), Mass Diesel (24V Dodge), and the list goes on...
International reps will be here with some rides. Come check out a RXT, a CXT and Lil Red a CXT prototype.
This is going to be one smokin good time!
And of course there is "talk" of the Edge Wolverine, Comp461, Bully Dog's race truck ( the cool one from the show Pinks), and Fletcher all showing up as well.
Dave Dunbar will have his Dyno there, I though it might be easier to get my runs in at this event instead of IRP.
It is a shame that it is so close to the IRP event. But I don't want to miss an opportunity to catch these pillars of diesel performance all together at the same time.

This will be a great event. If you have never made this one, Dennis knows how to host a show. He has a big gravel fenced lot that we camp in. Every year it seems the shop is buzzing Friday night with folks getting ready for the track on Saturday, lots and lots of fun.
Dennis must carry a lot of influence to draw the names that he has. I really hope he draws in Fletcher and Edge as well, that would pretty much complete the round-up. If not, there are still plenty of shooters coming for the show. I also wouldn't mind warming up there before I embarass myself at IRP.
I believe that one of my travel group may be picking up his nitros kit from Dennis that weekend as well.
I expect two of us Michiganders and one Canadian to be there. Parking lot camping will help as well! For an overnighter we were thinking about staying under our canopy tent/bed caps and splitting a motel room for morning showers. Do you happen to know if there will be a port-a-john there?
He has never had a port-a-john there but the shop has been open until late every year so far. Hotels are not far away either. But as i said, there is plenty of "dry" camping space available.
