Hand Shaker 1/4 & 1/8 Mile Times In Here!!!

Edit: There should alway's be an updated list on the last page.
Name - E.T. & Trap, trans, 4wd or 2wd, weight, tire size, gear ratio, hp & tq dyno'd or estimated, clutch, engine(12v, PPump, VP 5.9 or 6.7 CR)

Let's post up the fastest times we have for our 5 and 6 speed manuals. This thread is intended for cummins powered manual trans trucks, but if you've got a cummins conversion with a manual behind it feel free to join in. Scan your slip or just post your times, but make sure to post everything. R/T, 60', 330', 1/8 & MPH, 1000', 1/4 & MPH. Track name Elevation and Temperature.

Since the manuals have much greater room for operator error also post your best numbers in each category. This is strictly for speculation purposes.........I love to speculate

Even though they may be in your sig, post your go fast mods or mods you think make you go fast

Something like this

Best Slip
R/T - .124 - 0.77
60' - 1.978 - 1.892
330 - 5.715 - 5.646
1/8 - 8.843
MPH - 79.12
1000 - 11.561
1/4 - 13.883
MPH - 97.05
Woodburn Dragstrip 182' elevation, temp 77F

Engine - CR
Trans - NV5600
Drivetrain - 4x4
Weight - 8000
Tire Size - 315/70/17
Gear ratio - 3.73
HP & TQ - 421/1009
Clutch - Spec DD
Mods - Smarty TNT, Airdog 150, CAI, 5" TBE, Banks Techni-Cooler and High-Ram Intake (no I don't think that makes me fast!)

The list will look like this

Sandaholic - 13.88@97.05, NV5600, 4x4, 8000lbs, 315/70/17, 3.73's, Dyno'd 421/1009, Spec DD

Name - E.T. & Trap, trans, 4wd or 2wd, weight, tire size, gear ratio, hp & tq dyno'd or estimated, clutch

Submit your information as I did in the above format, so it's easy to copy and paste.

Mine is nothing special, but I think some of you folks may end up surprised to see how fast some of these manual trans trucks can go

I let a friend borrow my time slip cause someone at work with a new GT500 mustang said a diesel truck can't go that fast..

but my best was a 12.90 at 102MPH , 05/G56, Dual Pumps, Silver Bullet, TNT/R

When I get the slip back i'll post the rest.

O the 12.90 was with a slipping twin disk and hitting the rev limiter in 5th gear

Why not shift to 6th before hitting the limiter in 5th? Just curious.

For sure. Don't forget to hit the scales if you don't know what your truck weighs. Add or subtract aprox. 7lbs. per gallon for the difference in the amount of diesel in the tank.
