Performance Questions(2.6 CR5.9)

hey guys got a few questions, first here is the truck info..

Truck:2004 Dodge 3500 Quad cab Short Bed
Engine:Common Rail 5.9L HO
Programmer:Mads Smarty SSR Dyno Tuned(Must Do IMHO)
Transmission:NV5600
Turbo:S300 66/74/14,Only makes 40PSI
Injection Pump:Industrial Injection 120%
Injectors:Premier Diesel 210HP
Engine Work:Should be good for 1000HP
as is makes just at 800HP(depending on dyno)and never goes over 1350*F
prob the most streetable modded truck i have driven yet if you can keep it in a straight line.

the truck isnt driven on the street anymore but is simply used for competition use only..now we're looking at maxing out the turbo thats on there, now i'm sure there are a few guys that will say that turbo is maxed out but i'm not convinced it is..our goal is to hit 900HP with a 2.6 but maybe thats not possible, what options do i have with a single pump and injectors?
thanks for taking the time and reading this..if you have any questions ask away..James

great question, its a non waste gated turbo! i cant say everything but the engine does flow very well! boost is simply measuring restriction so we took care of the restriction and our boost #s dropped from 60+PSI to 38-41PSI..

this winter we're looking at doing 300HP Nozzles from either DDP or III and then we need to see what CP3 we need,we were looking at the CP3.4 but not sure if i want to go thru the hassle of installing that guy. i wanted to stay away from Duel Fueller's since some of the places we pull at wont allow Duel Fueller's..
what we're doing to the truck this winter include, more fuel, moving the hitch forward,06 ECM and then EFILive and a few other minor chassis alternations.our goal is to make a 2.6 truck that is streetable and makes 900+HP..

yeah especially with efi live over the next year as the parameters grow 900hp should be within reach especially with other mods, maybe even more than that

I can say something is wrong with that setup... 1350* max with 210's and a 120% pump on a 66/74/14 and only making 40 psi. Dyno is wrong chief. My setup can peg 1600* with smaller injectors and 60% pump with a wild fuel rail plus hit 55 lbs of boost. Is that turbo a T3 or T4? Don't see that hitting 900hp not enough air. If it were a billet compressor then possibly making a little over 800hp but not on a cast wheel.

You haven't maxed out the 120* over pump with 210's and SSR. That pump has flowed and held RP on II 300's on an 06 with 3 pulse injection vs your 2 pulse injection, so you still have a good ways to go with the pump. Not sure what the LMP are but the S300 is maxed out. The 14cm2 exhaust housing with a 74mm turbine is kinda tight and usually causes higher EGTs in most setups. Not sure why you can't describe your "restrictions" you reduced on the head. My motor is an 06 long block with a ported and polished head so I know mine isn't very restrictive. But if it's a truly 800hp S366 fuel only you have a 1 of a kind truck lol.

IF you want more you need to go with a bigger frame size turbo. You drag racing or sled pulling?
