Getting my truck ready for next season.

99 2500 4x4 Auto
This is what I have so far ready to go into the truck:
BD R850 twins
Stage 2 P&P head, heavy duty valve springs and guts. O-ringed.
240 injectors
Fluidampr
Airdog 150 fuel system
Maxspool cam.

The next stuff i figured I would do in stages:
monster pump and big line kit,
lockers, ladder bars, build my hitch and front weight hanger, safety loops etc.

When tax money comes in Full Billet tranny.

I hope to be rolling the truck out in April. How does this setup look so far? What am I missing? Who makes a good ladder bar setup?

If your going to pull before you get everything done. I would do your weights and ladder bars first. They will help keep some things together. I have a bad feeling your tranny could go south sooner than expected as well. I wish you the best.

Thanks for the info so far guys. Yes the tranny will be done before I get my first hook. The truck will be in the garage all winter till its done. Pulls don't start up north here till around April.

I have been gathering info on the Monsters. Have not made my mind up on the stage yet. The 240's are FBD.

mike will tell you that if you are going to run his pump you should run his injectors and lines too.

I am thinking about going with the stage 2 pump. I will also get his lines. What is meant by 6x?? injectors as opposed to an injector with just a straight up hp rating?

thanks guys.
