I'll be building a basket for the roof to cover the full roof to hold non essential race gear while we chase. Outfitting the boxes with lighting, tools, equipment, parts, etc. I'm pretty sure I'll be cutting out and flattening the inner fenders since I don't need the clearance.

Two swinging tire holders will be built for the rear to hold 37" race spares, a rear bumper, auxillary lights in the basket, front and rear bumpers.

Eventually I would be stoked to be able to upgrade the suspension to Thuren all around.

The truck will be wrapped to match our race truck for our trip down to the NORRA Mexican 1000 coming up in April!

I found these sweet little buttons I'll be using to control accessories from inside the cab. They light up red, I think when they are either "on" or "off" depending on how they are wired in. I'm not sure what I'll do yet. Having them all lit up when "off" would be convenient at night.

That's some cool plans!
And on the tires holders are you just gunna make them a fixed arm that moves are are you gunna go with some type of small crane that mounts on the side of the bed? I'm not sure if that would come in handy for you or not but it would be a cool add on for the truck!

Probably just swing arms to hold the tires. An arm would be nice but it'll take up a lot of room. I'll have to see how everything lays out.

Picked up these parts to relocate the filler neck to the actual hole in the bed rather than the hole I just in the box.

Also picked up fenders that will eventually get cut to fit and all welded up.

Thanks! I'm excited about this adventure for sure. The truck will probably not be finished by the time we go to Baja but afterwards I'll have a little more money to drop and more time to put into the chase truck so there will be more growth by the end of the year.
