Question What type of suspension????

I just purchased a 2006 cummins 2500 4x4. I would like to install a suspension system. I tow and haul stuff for work, but would like a nicer stance and a more comfortable ride.

I just read an article in 8Lug magazine where they did an install with a superlift kit, 4" in front with springs and the usual hardware, and 2" in back with blocks. It looked great and there was no grinding, cutting or welding done to install kit.

What I am really interested in is the "Kore" suspension kit. According to their information, the truck rides much smoother and handles better all around than the stocker and has had much more R&D put into the kit than the others that are primarily more for show. Has any member installed the Kore suspension on their truck? If so let me know. thx, kurt

Kore for me is the way to go,
I went with the Chase kit which gives about 2-1/2" lift in the front and 1-1/2" in the back.
I also went with the steering stablizer and control arms.
Fits 35" tires and rides a hell of a lot better. I tow a 30 travel trailer.
If you want lots of height Kore is not the package.

I just installed a 6" Superlift with 35" Toyo Open Country MT tires. I have to say, it drives better than the stock suspension. The only I will probably change is add dual steering stabilizers and I will be upgrading the wheels. The wheels are factory stock upgraded wheels, 17x8, but with the large backspacing, they get some interference if I turned really sharp. I don't want any contact so will be upgrading.

Here are some pics, my Rottweiler in some for some perspective, he is an adult male, 120 pounds:

I just installed the KORE Chase on my truck today. I did the Chase with the control arms and the steering stabilizer. The kit is SWEET. I am running Toyo Open Country M/T 35-12.5-17's. I am really happy so far. The suspension took about 10 hours to install. Nothing crazy, just a lot of work. I was surprised at the amount of lift I got. It added about 5 inches front and back. That is with tires. Very well designed kit. Good fit, and great instructions.
