What all will need to be changed....

alright fellas, I have a 94 f350 with a 95 12 valve in it. I also have a 2 wheel drive allison at545 behind it with a np205 transfer case. I am in the process of buy a 2 wheel drive Nv4500, can anyone tell me if everything will bolt up or will I need to change input shafts or any other pieces.

I assume the driveshaft will have to be lengthened accordingly but is there anything else I need to know?

Thanks

Kevin

If the NV4500 didn't have a t-case to begin w/, the output shaft will be too short.

I don't think it will be that bad. The only problem I would see is the length ot the nV4500 putting your t case far enough back to create drive shaft angle problems. Is your truck a standard cab?

Good, then you shouldn't have any drive line issues. I am doing a 84 chevy now, and it could be close. Luckily it is lifted so that might work to my advantage.
