I first sanded them with 80 grit sand paper (not too much pressure), and then went to 400 grit. I used a hand held orbital sander to make it a little faster. Then I used a 3/4 hp pedestal buffer with a metal polishing kit to get them shinier. Then I buffed them with Zephyr 40 that I bought at the local KW dealer.-Nicholas

I got some more progress made, here is a few pics-

Mount for the S400 (I know it is not supported just watch)




Alternator mount-


Air Conditioner /Tensioner/coolant outlet combination mount-

DW, I have actually already fired it. I did a test fire to make sure it sounded good right after I installed it and the transmission in the truck. Talk about loud with no intake or exhaust on it! Probably the part I am most anxious for is to hear the sound from the compounds
iwantaturbo, it is the dodge a/c compressor. I went ahead and used it so I could use the 8 rib belt.-Nicholas
