It all depends really. If you can fun a donor with the pieces you are looking for that is great. If though you decided to go with a ZF manual trans you could locate an engine, find a trans and then run an adapter from DeStroked. If you go manual, you will need the pedal assembly and clutch system from a Ford of our vintage of course, not the Dodge. Personally, I used the clutch system in my truck and then attached the Dodge slave cylinder to my Ford system. I had a head start with my truck being a manual though. If you found a manual tranny Dodge donor, then the main piece of the puzzle would be the pedal assembly.
