my plan is to get radiator intercooler trans transfer case from 02 7.3 is thAT GOOD OR ARE THE 6.0 INTERCOOLER AND RADIATORS better? id like to only do it once so any help or advice is great
Radiator don't matter...I run the 5.4 rad that came in mine. I have no cooling issues at all, and I play hard in this truck down south in florida.
Intercooler is up to you... I would use witch ever you have access to.
7.3 is a stronger design with aluminum ends. 6.0 will cool a lil more but uses plastic ends. It is rumored that the 6.0 intercooler ends can blow off. But it's a non-issue unless your running 100psi+ of boost.
With that said...your plan sounds good to me.
