02superduty 12valve swap

it was 5.4 gas motor would the 6 speed from behind 7.3 be strong enough

Heck ya I'm loving mine! Got a 6 speed nv5600 dual disk clutch in front of mine and its working great

Make sure you check the trans tunnel in the truck bc a 6 spd trans tunnel is taller than the auto tunnel in the superduty. They are not bolt in. You have to cut and weld

my plan is to get radiator intercooler trans transfer case from 02 7.3 is thAT GOOD OR ARE THE 6.0 INTERCOOLER AND RADIATORS better? id like to only do it once so any help or advice is great

Radiator don't matter...I run the 5.4 rad that came in mine. I have no cooling issues at all, and I play hard in this truck down south in florida.

Intercooler is up to you... I would use witch ever you have access to.
7.3 is a stronger design with aluminum ends. 6.0 will cool a lil more but uses plastic ends. It is rumored that the 6.0 intercooler ends can blow off. But it's a non-issue unless your running 100psi+ of boost.

With that said...your plan sounds good to me.

Yep I'm using a Dual disk Valair NV5600 clutch with a NV5600 13" flywheel and no starter spacer with a FordCummins adapter plate.

Just call Valair and they will put a Ford pilot bearing in the flywheel and include a Ford alignment tool at no extra charge.

ok i was gonna order kit from fordcummins with the adaptor plate , motor mounts and exhaust manifold

Yes fordcummins is the way to go! pretty simple and easy to follow! im finishing my conversion right now! everything is working like they say it will!
