1976 ford highboy

i have a 76 highboy regular cab long box i am going to be doing a swap in. I have a few questions regarding the swap. First i am using a 97 motor i would like to put a 47rh behind it now i have a 95 ecm can i use it with the 97 motor so it will control the soleniods in the transmission. just trying to figure out what i need to do wiring wise to make both the trans and motor work. thanks
