Nice build you have going here. I'm wanting to swap a Cummins out of my dad's '91 into my '78 Ford shortbed 4x4. Cab is rusted so I want to use a crewcab cab and maybe bob the frame out back for some crawlin. I'll be using this thread as inspiration.

Kudos to you man.

I have a question for you, are you running a intercooler on your truck and if so how are you getting that thing to fit in there. I'm having a hell of a time getting myn to fit behind the grill, it would be fine if i wasnt running a condesor for the ac. let me know your thoughts, thanks.

I'm goint to run a air/water cooler... hopefully mounted on the p-side fenderwell, battery tray location. I will run the heat exchanger for it in the bed next to the toolbox/fuel tank. it will have an electric fan to move the air.

Sorry about the late reply.... long week!

I have never done a setup with water to air, do you run antifreeze in it or just straight water? Might have to do something like that on my truck.

Probably use something like RedLine water wetter to improve on heat transfer....
