1951 GMC 12 Valve

I have a 1951 GMC 350 that was used to haul grain and cotton. It was my grandfathers, and then my dads and I would like to get it back on the road. I have a 2004 2500 SCLB 4x4 with a 6 speed that I want to put the GMC body on. The motor in this truck is bad. I got a 1997 2500 2wd with a 5 speed in it for a motor donor. My question is will the 12 valve mount up to the NV5600. I have many more questions on other stuff with both trucks but I would appreciate and help getting started here. Thanks in advance.

You'll have to use the NV5600 adapter plate and clutch assembly.

97 2500 4X4 auto, 8 fuel plate, BD converter

96 F250 4x4 with 92 Cummins zf5, Bosch 190's, THD fuel pin, THD HVLP with adjustable fuel pressure mod

It's kinda hard to tell where they are but if they are in the tailshaft section I would say the speedometer. Is there a fork like piece that holds that assembly into the case?

First three pictures are of the 4500







These are of the 5600 and 241 d transfer case. I assume the one in the transfer case is to turn the 4x4 light on. The truck that has the 5600 also has a sensor on top of the rear differential.

2nd picture should be for the speedometer, 3rd picture should be the reverse lights.

4th picture possibly the reverse light.

Thanks for your help. I plan on unbolting the 12 valve from the 4500 and trying to get it hooked up to the 5600 tomorrow morning.

It's pretty rough but the price was right. Going to replace the floor and the rear cab corners. The roof and the hood are going to need some bracing. The plan is to also build a skirted flatbed and top it with some nice wood.
