As I told you - turbo will - it's a slight upgrade and will make it easier for you to add an intercooler.

I'll let the pros answer on the head.

So my wheelbase is 155". Five inches longer than a shortbed crew and 12" shorter than a longbed crew. So i need to figure out a bed. Im either going to cut an 8' bed down or build a flatbed. The one thing about a flatbed is that i dont want a contractor looking bed but i have no way to bend tube. So what about something like this but with all square tube? Now also could i get away with making some of it out of 1/8" wall? Not the main supports but some of the headache rack and side bars?

I thought there was only a 12" diff between the long bed and short. You're saying it's more like 17"?

I think it will look a little funky with square tubing, unless you turn the tubing 45° so its not all flat (if that makes sense)

As for shortening a long bed, the best way I've seen beds shortened is by cutting right at the front, I looked at a truck where a guy swapped bodys from an older truck and put the seam in the middle of the flat. Really obvious when walking up to it.

Dave - those top 2 pics were ones I was going to send you. I think you could do that with square tube and make it look good.

As for the 1/8" stuff - yes, by all means it's good enough for up there.

Side not - I sent you the pics of the d60 calipers - let me know if you need more.

Steve thanks for the pics.

As for the bed the dirty deed has been done. Sunday i cut down my bed at the front. My shop isnt wide enough to get agood side shot and its a pain to get this thing outside. But it looks really good.

The orginal relays used by Dodge are a stancor #120-913. If you look by type of relay it is model 120.

A quick search came back with a price around $20.
