lookin good!
the clutch fan is left hand thread, put the belt back on put the wrench on it and give it a hard whack with a 4 pounder. (as yer facing the motor have the wrench coming out the right side and hit it down) Sometimes they are really tight. I had to use a chain wrench to hold the pulley on one. cut a piece of the old belt to use as a gaurd so the chain wrench did not mess it up.
Id sure do the KDP while ya have the engine out like that, never gets any easier.

Kdp is the "killer dowel pin" its a timing case alignment pin that is known to fall out and do all sorts of destruction. sometimes tho it simply falls thru the gears into the oil pan without hurting a thing. Can destroy the motor if it gets in the wrong spot.
here is a link to the repair that explains it much better than I.

thats a c6 auto and 205 ain't it ???

look up destroked

should be able to make that c6 and t case work behind the cummins

i know a guy down the lake from here that dumped a 93 12 valve in his 90's ford f250 (got sick of his twin turbo'd 351 )

c6 and 205 behind that badboy... even got the dodge rad and IC in there too.

well i would use the stock tranny and t case. but i have a guy buying my motor and trans. and even if i did use that trans it would cost me 1500 bux for all the adaptes. way more than what i could spend on just a nv4500 dodge trans. hopefully i can find a way to still use the t case tho.
