1975 Dodge Crew cab conversion
Hi all, I have a 75 dodge crew cab shortbox stepside that I have been contemplating a cummins convesion on, I found a 92 power ram 250 donor truck thats a club cab with a long box. Does anybody know if I could bolt the crew cab body and bed on I believe they are the same wheelbase, unfortunaly I don't really have the time to do alot of fabrication and this would be great if this could work out.

75 to 92 might work with little or no fabrication. The basic chassis didn't change until 94.

I honestly doubt that the cab and bed will swap over, the mounts will be wrong, and the section where the floor of the cab sets would be too short for the crew to set on the frame properly.

Ok after crawling under the crew for a look, it seems it has the provisions for mounting a club cab as they have flat floors in the rear and crew cabs taper up in the rear like a standard cab. I only have the crew and a standard cab if anyone with a club cab preferably a 90-93 could answer a couple of questions for me it would be much apperciated, the donor truck is a 100 miles away so it kinda hard for me to check.

I actually got what I needed already I went to mopar at the strip this weekend and someone had a club cab and I checked it out and the crew cabs floor it to low to put on a club cab chassis so it looks like I'll be putting the diesel into the crew cab
