Blacksmoke rumor.

I heard a rumor that the NHRDA will be cracking down on black smoke from diesels? is that true? so we can better tune our vehicles for less smoke?

Bye bye NHRDA.

If I understand correctly, a clean burn is good cuz you have complete combustion and a good fuel/air mix, but the peoples like the smoke...
