Paintless Dent Removal

Well, my new truck just suffered it's first battle scar - thanks a moron with a Home Depot cart

Do you guys have any recommendations for a good paintless dent removal place in the Denver Metro area?

Hair dryer and a can of CO2 duster. Heat it up with the hair dryer hot. Then blast it with the CO2 until it freezes over. Hold the can upsidedown.

Dry ice works too if it's on a section that's flat enough to hold the ice.

Dent Works, Its off I-25 & Arapahoe on S. Dayton St. They Re-did my Dad's 2004 Ram after a hail storm had rolled through Littleton A few years ago. His truck looked like a top-flite golf ball. But when they were done with it, it looked just like new again.

Thank you - I appreciate it. I'm not sure if they are part of a nationwide network, but when I lived in San Diego, there was DentWorks there that worked on three of my vehicles - all with fantastic results.

Now, if I can only find the SOB that let the cart hit my truck lol

Can you explain to me how this works? I have a small crease on the bed on the driver's side.

Simple physics......heat and immediate cold for expansion....sometimes it works...most of the time it doesn't....just depends on the degree of the dent and the complexity of it.

This sucks - every place I have called (7 total) is booked for two weeks straight (hail storm near Greeley).

So, that means I have to live with this dent from hell for a couple more weeks. I swear, I'm just going to Linex the bottom half of my truck so NOTHING can dent it lol

What side of town are you on? Look up "Auto Image" in the yellow pages. The have a few locations around the metro area. They are a body shop and sub the work out to independents but have a very high standard of quality. I painted for them for 10 years in a previous life and they always had top notch PDR guys. I can tell you that it will save you big if you wait for the second or third battle scar before you get it fixed, they normally charge higher for the first ding just to set up then way less for additional dings.

By the way the old dry ice/heat it up cool it off trick rarely does anything at all. If it does its very hard to control. The correct way to shrink metal permanetly is to heat it up with a gas torch, hot enough it will require painting. I was in the body and paint field for 15 years and saw the PDR guys work magic. It is worth every penny.
