got a new issue with my 01 cummins
well i hauled a goose neck with a big truck bed for a freightliner not sure how heavy i was but it was really hot and the edge attitude said my coolant temp was at 209 and the truck gage went passed all the white lines and the check gages light came on what is my problem

The check engine light prolly is the ECM throwing a high coolant temp code, check if you're radiator is plugged up with crud, check the fan clutch, if it is really easy to turn by hand it's bad, if you feel resistance when turning the fan, it's okay.
