I haven't called them yet. I still don't know what everyone wants as far as dates go. Some want it on the 24th which is fine with me. Also, Notomas was calling a few other places. If we can let's get a head count together

I have 2 people that want to attend and run their trucks, so 3 including me. Lets go for the AFS shop. Thanks PRCA for calling them. Helps to know the shop. I just called and left messages and noone seems to want to call me back. Which ever weekend will work for me. As far as letting others attend, I have no problem with that. I know alot of diesel heads, some confused on who is the best truck out there, we'll just have to set em right.

I'll give Joe a call today and let him know it'll be May 24th. I'd say the more the marrier. My cousin who owns a Cummis but isn't a member wants to stop by and watch, I can't get him to get it on the dyno as it's stock for now. I also know a few Ford guys that want to come as well. They are located in business area and on Saturday there should be plenty of parking and what not. They're also close to the Mesa Mall for you city folks

Once we have a head count we should be able to know the cost too

Ok, I just got off the phone with Joe and he can do a MAX of 15 trucks. This will be a 10 hour day. If we have 15 trucks that'll be $46 per truck & two pulls.

He said depending on all of our setup's being trannies and all, we can try and streamline it so the setups for the dyno will be similar and cut the times and maybe run more guys.

We'll start at 0800, sorry 8:00 AM. Who has a grill? I'll bring some hamburgers.
