Nothin personal to the employees, but I'm a little bitter towards ATS as a company. Who wouldn't be after THEIR Technician left a bolt loose in MY very expensive NV4500 transmission, and it was MY problem, left me stranded on Independance day weekend to boot. They wouldn't even sell me the parts to fix it, my emails and phone calls were left un returned.
