Dyno day Colo. Springs March 10th

Well guys I think it is time to start to get a gathering together for the Rocky Mountain Region. I am going to need as much feedback as possible for those who will attend. What we may do like we have done for the gassers in the past is have two seperate weekend dates set so those who can't make it one weekend, can another.

Where: KAZ MotorSports
3415 Fillmore Ridge Heights
Colorado Springs, CO. 80907
A map can be found HERE

When: Flexible if the masses say they need another date!
First Weekend March 10, 2007
Second Weekend (IF needed) March 17, 2007

How Much: $45.00 for 3 runs
If time allows at the close of the day and folks want to play with some power adders or make setting changes they will be rerun after all participants have run for an additional $20.

What Machine: Dyno Dynamics Fully Loading Dyno
Rated to 900HP and 1650ft/lbs of torque.

What will be there for us?: We will have BBQ catered. We have used this company twice now and they have great food! Paying participants will recieve two meal tickets with your entry fee. Onlookers will need to pay at the wagon.

Depending on the projected turn-out we will have RMTDR T-shirts made with the event info on them. If you guys want to get creative and give the event a "nickname" we will have that put on the shirts also.

I am going to speak with a few of the companies I work with for performance parts to see if we can get some sponsorship involved.

I will keep all informed on that!

Any questions or concerns feel free to post here or give me a shout at the shop!

Bombvoy from the North:

OK I google mapped this whole thing and if we leave Cheyenne around 6:00 AM (McDonalds at College and I-25) stop at the rest area in Fort Collins just north of the Harmony road exit at around 6:45. That puts us at Castle rock factory shops around 8:00-8:15. From there it's only 38 mins to KAZ. 2 things, 1 let me know where a good place to meet that would be quick easy access on and off I-25 and plenty of room for several trucks. Secondly let me know if the time frames I have are unrealistic and we can adjust. Thirdly let me know if we should schedule more stops and/or if there are others joining on in other locations and just want us to blow smoke as we go by and you can join up.

Also, let me know who's meeting up where and we'll keep an eye out for you when we make the stops.:thumbsup

For those meeting in Cheyenne. I don't think McD's opens till 6, so I plan to show up fueled and filled and ready to leave at 6. My truck is dark red over silver and has a southwest fabricators big black bumper on the front. I'll park right out front.

Its sounds like 4-5 trucks from Cheyenne alone.
