All right guys....

Just got laid off again... I really hate how this electrical union is so wishy washy now. I've only worked 7 months this year. It sucks cause I liked working for Sprig, but they just dont have anything for residential. Its not that I'm a bad employee. For one I am not a kiss , I let my work speak for itself... apparently that doesn't matter in the union though. We had pizza though for my going away.... Felt like I was in jr high again. There will only be 3 guys left on the project... all formens. Hopefully between unemployment and side jobs I'll keep makeing the same.

SO, it you have some electric work or need some work done on you vehicles let me know!

Sorry to hear about your misfortune. Go and get you Contractors license and bid on custom homes and small commercial projects. I got laid off over two years ago and never looked back. The only stressfull thing is having to plan 10 steps ahead. There is NO residential going on except customs and remodels. Good luck. I'm an electrical contractor.

Sorry bout that ben!!! That sucks man. Do they have anything lined up later on to give j an idea or is it pretty much done an over? Hopefully u made some good contacts with sprig. I've seen them on a few projects... Can u do commercial work? I may be able to talk to some people on one of my jobs... I have work I'm doing with Cupertino and rosendin right now. I could always ask one of their generals.

IBEW 1245...lol, there is about a useless waste of money unless you are a lineman...and yes they rape me every two weeks for my dues.

Good luck man, Start looking into the power companies for work, an electrician job there is much different that a residential electrician and the pay is actually decent, and if you so desire you could travel the world with that kind of experience.
