Okay, Maybe I am just an old fart and getting cantankerous in my old age. I personally don't like the big wheels. It reduces the functionality of the trucks and makes it look like it is being used to deliver Crack instead of cargo. IMO. I wish I could use tractor tires on my 17's, they last forever under lighter loads. I guess if you are just looking to get attention they are good for that, but in all honesty, I would rather buy an old 89 farm truck with a flatbed that can do some real work than buy big wheels.

I know i am probably gonna catch heck for this post on this forum, but I just thought I would throw that out there. For the price of those wheels, You could have really made it fast or powerful, not just look like it.

Anybody can make one fast or powerful, but only a few can make one look good and still be able to use it. Everybody has different tastes and thats ok. I'm sure no one in this forum is looking to get attention with just wheels. Some people just want there truck to be different from everyone else. It personaly makes me feel good everyday to look at my truck and say I done that and no one has a truck like it. Like most of the other trucks on this forum, it's one of a kind.

It's my hobby to make vehicles look good. But, there again my "look good" might be different from someone else. It's ok. Some people love the wheels and some people hate them. That's why I have them on mine.

ive had mine for a little over five years now . when i first made my adapters no one had them , and i like to have something diffrent. i didnt have the money to call someone and say send them to me so i got some old trailer wheels that were black andpolished them formore then a week. i also worked some where that had a laser ,so i made my own adapters out of 1/2" plate and a friend worked at a fastener company and got me 40 1" bolts , some regroved tires at the time and i was the only person around with 22.5 tractor rims on my dually for less then most people have in 6 new 16.5 wheels!
