Does anyone know WLC (Wicked Customs)??

I bought a predator programmer for $160.00 from WLC (Wicked Customs) on Sept 1 and still have not seen it. I have tried emailing and PMing him with only one reply back about 3 weeks ago. I still have no programmer, no information about shipping Nothing. I was wondering if someone out there might be able to help me get one; the programmer or my money back

from what i hear he's pretty legit! dunno what the mix up is....hes down around central florida i believe...naples IIRC...not too far from me
