Don Thuren of Thuren Fab! Thumbs Up

Maybe this isn't the perfect place to post this but...

I won't go into the details of all of my interactions as they'd take up the whole screen but more or less Don is an awesome guy. He gives out real advice. Not advice that is only given in an attempt to sell his parts. And on top of that he responds to emails and voicemails promptly which seems to be suprisingly rare from other manufacturers of parts for these trucks.

Call his cell# from the website and he will get back to you. He's busy fabricating in his shop and could never complete a task answering all his calls. The longest I've ever waited was a few hrs. Very knowledgable guy who's a proponent of his offerings but not reluctant to refer you to another company's products if it best suits your application. He's in Goleta,Ca which has got to have the worst cell phone coverage though.

E-mails work but he prefers the spoken word over typing.

Yeah, Don is great guy! Great personal service and great parts. He is very knowledgeable, especially about our Dodges. I bought a Thuren Trac-Bar for my '99 (sold, yay) and he was very helpful in the process. I work in the area and he even met up with me to deliver the part. Saved us from the hassle of shipping.

I would purchase again from Don in a second!
