Rollin Smoke Diesel
I first called RSD a couple of months ago to inquire doing the deletes on my truck and no one answered the phone ,so I left a message. In all reality I didn't expect a return phone call because let's be honest most companies don't return calls ,but to my surprise I received a return call not even 5 mins. later from James. Being a rookie to diesels I had about a million questions to ask and was thoroughly impressed with the "service and patience" I received from him over the phone. About a month went by before I decided to order my delete stuff so I again called RSD and was completely blown away with the knowledge and patience I received, again! After receiving my Smarty I think I ended up calling James (RSD) about a half dozen times with more questions ,and every time I called I got the same treatment as before, SUPERIOR CUSTOMER SERVICE! It may be my imagination but for me I find this kind of customer service to be a rare thing these days. I even called RSD again today to order a CAI and was again pleased with the service and patience. It's too bad other companies out there whether diesel related or not ,or whatever you're inquiring into don't take this approach with their customers. In "my experience" this kind of service is hard to come by but is greatly appreciated when I find it. THANKS RSD ,you've gained a customer for life.................bro

It's good to hear feed back from other members about various vendors. A bit off topic, but I've experienced the same thing from Ross at Dynomite Diesel. Great to deal with.

Same story here, I left a message and 20 minutes later had one of the best over the phone business transactions I have ever had! Keep up the great work James and the rest of the Crew at Rolling Smoke Diesel! I will continue to recommend your business to everyone in my neck of the woods.

I talked with him once, and he answered all my questions. Also I was blown away after leaving a message that he actually called me back. I'm not quite ready yet to do all the deletes but I will be soon, and James will get my order.
