I too can echo the positive experiences that others have had with RSD. I ordered my deletes on Friday and already on Mon my Smarty and EGR plates arrived in the mail. He was easy to talk to on the phone and answered my questions. I know that if/when I have questions he will be equally as helpful. At a time when customer service seems to have gone away like the horse and buggy it is nice to know that some people know what it takes to keep customers coming back and smiling the each time!

I have had the same experience every time i deal with James. I have ordered everything on my truck from him (including the BOD intake horn yesterday afternoon) except my CAI...when I got my XRT made a few calls to him late on a friday night about getting it all hooked up and he answered the phone and my questions every time...you can be sure that if something is going on my truck and James sells it or can get it it will be coming from him...

Thanks again James....

For me customer service is the most important attribute when dealing with a vender & James is worth his weight in gold.

After he reads this....I bet James' head is as big as the Goodyear Blimp right about now.....I know his ego is.

James is my boy...thats' who I order all my stuff from. He wouldn't get my money if he wasn't good people. His link also wouldn't be in my signature he wasn't outstanding on a personal and business level.

James.......

Nothing but a great experience here too.

I joked with him on the phone about if he really could cure cancer, and walk on water like everyone says. I then found out first hand that it's all true! Outstanding service, prices, and shipping.
