Your story is not the first I hear of similar events.

I'm not gonna get started on "Corn-Cobbs".....Last time it got so nasty the thread got shut-down AND deleted. So, I'm gonna keep it civil as I can. Hopefully everyone else will follow suit as well...

Since you are having problems with Cobbs, why don't you get him to refund your money, and you can order from a real diesel performance store with excellent customer service and support that has been around for a long time now, and is more than willing to help their customers....For example, my buddy James @ Rollin Smoke Diesel.

Just tell him you had problems with Cobbs and that I sent you over and told you that he'd take care of ya. Be sure and tell him that I sent ya, too.

Good luck with them......Seriously. Like I said, I'm not trying to stir the pot, just saying that I've heard many negative things regarding their customer service and shipping and stuff like that lately.....Not to mention I don't like the little a-hole, b/c he gets on here and bad-mouths and calls folks (and other vendors) names and acts like a spoiled little kid not getting his way...and calls names back in retaliation.

He just doesn't conduct his business like he should, or in what you could consider a professional way.

I work hard for my money.....And I know you do too, being a fire-fighter. I'd rather spend my hard-earned money with someone like James or Buck (Black Ops Diesel) and other respectable vendors on this sight, who will ship me the best product, and will go out of their way to make sure I am completely satisfied.

You say the word, and I'll put in a good word for ya with James, and get him to contact ya about what you are needing.

LOL You're right...I'm NOT getting paid. I wish I was getting commision b/c I'd have my truck paid off by now. LOL

I just can't stand to see folks like him thrive and prosper b/c some folks don't know any better, and order from them anyways, thinking they are getting a good deal, but if you have a problem or need customer assistance, they're nowhere to be found...or call you back like 3 days later or something. LOL

Yeah, I know what you mean......Same here.

That's why I'm trying to help you out and get you connected with a great vendor on here (like James @ RSD) that actually DOES care about his customers and their product satisfaction. It's not for my personal benefit, but a good feeling knowing I helped out a fellow Southerner and CF member and get him setup with good people.

I have spent almost.....we wont go there, but they gave me terrible service also! I live around Cartersville, and some of us are going to the track at Commerce next Saturday. I have some parts laying around if you need something, we can meet up. PM me and I will be more than happy to recommend some reputable shops around us. If you like? You can talk to an actual person on the phone!
