Exclamation Finally received my goods after almost 3 months from 99navyta

well guys, just warning you about 99navyta.
I sent money via paypal on July 16,2009 for an exhaust manifold the deal was $40 shipped(+3% for paypal fees). After about 3 weeks of it not showing up I requested a tracking # which I received after having to give him my zip code again. I checked with fedex.com and it showed that the address couldn't be found and it was at a fedex location 50 miles from where I live. On my first available day to go get it, it had already been shipped back to him, fedex told me they tried to deliver 3 times and left notices, I never recieved any notices, and asked fedex where it was addressed to and they told me XXXX Lonestar, my city and state. When my confirmed paypal address is on Lonesome not LONESTAR. Then I informed 99navyta about it being shipped back to him and he acknowledged that he received it back and claimed he addressed it to whatever was on my paypal account, then when I informed him the street was wrong he said fedex messed up and addressed it wrong. So I suggested that if fedex made the mistake, then "I" would go back to fedex, show them their mistake and ship it again. After some more waiting I asked him again when I am going to receive it? He eventually responded as soon as I pay for the shipping. I reminded him that I already had paid for the shipping because the deal was $40 shipped, not $40 plus shipping. At this point I proceeded to make a claim against him with paypal, but since it had been more than 45 days they(paypal) immediately closed the claim. After reminding him that it wasn't my fault that it was addressed wrong and that I wanted either a full refund or the exhaust manifold, he then offered that if I would go in on half of the shipping he would ship it again. So I agreed, sent a whole $8 more for half of the shipping and asked for a tracking #. That was 2 weeks ago and no tracking #. I asked for a tracking # again on 10-11-09 he responded that he try and find it. Well today(10-13-09) it showed up in great shape, so maybe it was worth the wait. All in all there were 45pm's between the 2 of us over this matter. He had my correct address from the beginning via the PM letting him know I sent him money and on the paypal statment.
I apologize for the long post but just trying to give the big picture.
If you decide to do business with him just make sure he gets the address right.
