Just giving yall the heads up, do not deal with! I paid as quickly and with no haggle with his price, don't know what happed, right now I'm out of $170.

If you used Paypal you do have protection. Start a claim against him and they'll do a chargeback.

Unfortunately I've had a few ebay sellers, for whom I've had to use paypal to defend me before and have been successful. If you follow paypals procedure and proper escalation process this should not be that bad. You should be able to get product or a refund without to much of a problem. At least you didn't just send him a check or cash. Sorry to hear you got screwed. Thanks for informing us about this guy.
