South Bend / mahdey ROCK!!!!

a few weeks a go i bought a SBDD 3600, imput and hydros from mahdey here on cf. he gave me one hell of a deal, threw in everything i could ever need to do the swap, he marked the hyros so i dont have much adjusting to do, and even threw in a bunch of new bolts. super, super cool guy to do buisness with.

the only thing about the clutch i wasnt too thrilled about, was it being a finger style. well i called up south bend to ask how much switching it over to a diaphragm style would cost me. i was shocked to hear there answer... FREE! if i send them the clutch, they said they would swap it over, and ship it back to me at no cost! talk about customer service!

i havnt even installed the darn thing yet and im already loving it!

Awesome! I just bought the same clutch and input (didn't need hydraulics) from Peter and got it installed Sunday. Check out my thread for details: My initial impressions...
