Does anybody have any other phone numbers for Jim? I ordered a bumper a couple of weeks ago and I was promised a tracking number last Friday that I never received. I've been calling all day and sent several emails over the past few days and no answer. I don't want to drive to Colorado, but if I don't get a hold of him in a couple days then I'm driving to his doorstep to get some damn answers.

Yea thats what I've been reading. He doesn't know it but he just screwed the wrong guy over and I'm not going to let it go. Will keep yall updated...I'm driving out there if nothing is done in a day or two.
If anyone has any leads on Jim Terry please let me know.

You should chill a bit Brother, a few weeks since your bumper was ordered is nothing to get bent over...

I did get my bumper but only after I notifed Jim that I contacted the local police about the situation did I receive a reply to my email. I called him ATLEAST 8 times a day and sent ATLEAST 1 email per day asking him to please return my call/message, with no response. He finally replied and called me a "jerk" because apparently I was supposed to contact this shipping broker that I was never told about. I sent him numerous emails after the fact to try to straighten things out but he would never answer my calls or call me. Would I ever recommend him to anyone else?...probably not. If you are going to run a business and require that customers send you check or money order only, you should probably not drop off the face of the earth after cashing said payment method.

If you want a bumper in 2 weeks, try Wallyworld... I don't pay much attention to Internet chatter, too many Trollers.

I never wanted a bumper in two weeks...I wanted to know what the hell was going on since he had cashed my check and he wouldn't return emails or phone calls. Jim told me when I ordered it that it would ship by the end of THAT week. Well it didn't and all contact with Jim disappeared after he got the check in his bank account. I wouldn't have cared if it took 3 months to get but atleast answer my voicemails and emails.

Sounds very familiar Maddram. Same thing happened to me but you were very lucky. It took me 10 months to get my bumper from him, with the wrong mounts!!!!!! He never did send me the proper ones.
