Can't say I know about this one, but when I was looking for mine I found a smoking deal and after contacting the guy via email he offered to ship on his expense and all this stuff but deflected specific questions about the truck like u-joint condition, etc.
Long story short, I'd be real careful, you know the old saying about too good to be true.
That being said, if it was a scam the guy would likely get back to you immediately
