BD vs Smarty Jr

I was 98% sure of getting a Smarty Jr to bump up the TQ and get better MPG for towing my 10k TT, but a buddy of mine who really like your products said to do a little research on BD, and he is the lead TC of a huge Ford (sorry guys) dealer here in SA. The main reason I lean to the Smarty is I have an 07 with a 5.9 and I like the fact that is will not erase the codes when I have to take it back to the dealer ( like I do this week), and a lot of good feedback form others who have it.

Can you give me any comparisons to do a BD vs Smarty?

When you say comapred to a BD I am not sure if you mean the BD X-Tuner, Ultra X-Tuner, BD X-Power or BD X-Power Plus.

For comparison I am going to use the X-Power and X-Power Plus.

The Smarty is a great product because it allows the ability to turn the timing off which makes it great for stacking or a stand alone product.

The main comparison between the The X-Powers and Smarty is that they both products have a "no timing" option so are both good for stacking with another product. The X-Power is a module/chip so can be stacked with a tuner while the Smarty is a tuner so can be stacked with a module/chip.

For a stand alone BD product I would recommend the 180HP X-Power "Plus" instead of the X-Power (non plus) or BD X-Tuner.

The Smarty Jr. does offer timing on all 3 hp levels which decrease egt's and improve fuel economy.

The Smarty Jr. is also 100% undetectable once your truck is returned to stock software.

The Smarty Jr comes with a 30 day money back guarantee.

And a Revolution software option will be offered in the near future.

Fully updatable via home computer.

Thanks

The Smarty JR would be more comparable to our X-Tuners

-Internet Upgradable
-No Foot Print
-Cooler EGT's and better Fuel economy though timing increase.
-ALL BD products come with a 30 day money back.

What are the specs on the new Ultra X-Tuner?
