I need to beef up my 06's Tranny.

I do pull heavy (22k) trailers when I tow but That may be 10-15% of the time. The rest is city/hwy driving and the occasional shot down the local 1/8th mile track. What do you think Ill need to be able to handle this with 400-450 h.p.?

I think I might need to replace my injectors also, been having some calttering noise and do not get near the mpg's others do.

Your 48RE transmission is much better internally than the old 47RE was. It can handle the 450HP no problem with a simple Valve Body and Torque Convertor upgrade. The BD Valve Body will increase the clutch apply pressure to insure the clutches will not slip and create a much better shift. The stock convertor is just plain and simply junk, its too loose, a BD Low Stall, Multi-Disk Convertor prevent slippage. The lower stall convertor will put you back in the peak torque range of the engine and will result in more power transferred to the rear tires and better fuel economy while city driving in stop a go traffic.

Are you running a pressure box?

I have a decent line on OEM injectors if you need. I also have some performance nozzles available to me.
