BD customer service

I just wanted to give a big thanks to the folks at BD.
I had bought a BD X monitor from a member on the list, when I went to hook it up it did not work despite my best efforts.
I gave a call to BD and talked to Vick he gave me a few things to try and one I did not think of, no luck.
I gave a call back the next day was told to send it in despite the fact that I did not buy it from them.
After sending it in at the end of the week I got a call the next week. The problem was just the cable that connected the two units.

BD replaced it for free and all they charged me was shipping back.

Thanks guys ,

I spoke with Dave a couple of weeks back because I had overtorqued/sheared off the long stud on the BD intake horn. He was shipping me out a new one no charge (and even sent 2, just in case I didn't learn my lesson the first time ), no questions asked no ridicule given LOL, and that was even before I mentioned that I was also buying a flexplate. Great customer service. Thanks Dave!
